Markdown served as text/markdown. Most browsers show it inline as text
(or offer to download it) — the gateway just sets the type from the extension
and lets the browser decide.

- file scope: passive bytes (this file)
- compute scope: a Lua program generating bytes (next)
- metadata scope: query + sign = web wallet (later)
